Terms of use
These terms govern the use of ASIC Market Integrity Rules Checker and the purchase of the obligation kit and the change watch. By using the site or buying a plan you accept them.
What the record is
The site is an independent reading of the published instrument. Every requirement is our own statement, cited to the instrument and the compilation so you can check it. The instrument text is not reproduced and is not licensed to you.
Accuracy
We read the authorised version and the current compilation, and we state the date of the record. The law can change, a compilation can be replaced and a later instrument can alter a commencement. Check the official text before you rely on a line. We correct errors in the record when they are reported.
Trademarks and copyright
ASIC and the names of its instruments are the property of their respective owners. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by ASIC, the Australian Government or the Federal Register of Legislation. The site's own text, layout and files are copyright The Art of Service Pty Ltd.
Not legal advice, not a certificate
The site does not give legal advice, does not audit and does not certify compliance. A scope reading is not a legal opinion. The kit is a working document, not an assurance.
Price and delivery
The kit is a one-off payment in US dollars. The watch is a monthly subscription in US dollars and can be cancelled at any time. The kit files are delivered through the account created from the payment email. If a payment succeeds and the files do not open, write to support@theartofservice.com and we will open them.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes a guarantee, condition or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a guarantee applies and the failure is not a major failure, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
