Who builds this, and what it will not claim
ASIC Market Integrity Rules Checker is published by The Art of Service. It exists because the amendment is long, the change is operational, and the teams who have to act on it are not the teams who read the Federal Register for pleasure. The site states each duty in our own words, names the party it binds, lists the evidence an auditor asks for and calculates the date from the instrument.
What record it reads
The record is read from the authorised version of F2026L01223 and the current compilation of the 2017 rules (F2024C01108). The instrument is held as the PDF registered on 17 September 2026. The base 2017 framework is held as 32 participant controls in the compliance library, each read against compilation No. 6. The amendment record is authored from the instrument, item by item.
Who it is for
The compliance, legal and trading operations team at an Australian market participant, and the compliance team at a fund manager that trades through one or operates its own trading technology. It is written for someone who has to hand an answer to a board, an auditor or ASIC, not for someone who wants a summary to skim.

What the site does not do
It does not certify, audit, give legal advice or replace an assessor. It does not reproduce the instrument text. It does not claim that the commencement date cannot change, only that it follows from Rule 2 and the registration date. It does not promise that a firm will comply.
Disallowance and change
The instrument was tabled on 12 October 2026 and is open for disallowance. A disallowance would repeal it before commencement, and a later instrument could change the text or the date. This site does not treat the date as a promise; the record date is visible and the change watch checks the register.
Independence
This is an independent reference. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by ASIC, the Australian Government or the Federal Register of Legislation. ASIC and the names of its instruments are the property of their respective owners.
Corrections and the record date
Corrections go to support@theartofservice.com and are made in the record, not patched on a page. Last updated: . The record's change date is the same date. The sources were retrieved on 19 October 2026.

The methodCalculated, not promised
Rule 2 and the registration date give 17 March 2028. A later instrument could change it; the watch checks.
